Ozymandias plans film slate

London-based Ozymandias Prods. is setting up a slate of films after financing its first feature, indie drama-comedy "Decoding Annie Parker." The financing-production company has completed shooting in Los Angeles on "Decoding," on which it is the lead financial backer. Ozymandias is managed by brothers Manhad Narula and Herman Narula, who also exec produce "Decoding."The film stars Samantha Morton, Helen Hunt, Aaron Paul, Alice Eve, Rashida Jones, Corey Stoll, Maggie Grace, Marley Shelton and Ben McKenzie and is directed by Steven Bernstein. Script by Steven Bernstein, Michael Moss and Adam Bernstein is based on a true story. "Decoding" follows an irrepressible woman determined to uncover the mystery behind her disease, while battling it against all odds. "This is a prototypical film for us, with a strong cast and an important story," Herman Narula said.Producers are Clark Peterson ("Rampart"), Keith Kjarval, Mary Vernieu, Stuart Ross and Ron Senkowski. Debt financing is provided by Vancouver-based Media House Capital and the production has also been allocated a State of California production tax credit.
